In the interest of your child(ren’s) safety, we strongly discourage children walking home, unaccompanied by an authorized adult, from the Sunday morning elementary school program or the middle school program. Please advise the CFF coordinator in writing of any special circumstances when someone other than a custodial parent/guardian is picking up your child(ren) after class.
Elementary School Children
Drop-off: Classes begin at 10:15 a.m. Yard supervision for children begins at 10:10 a.m. In the interest of your child(ren’s) safety, we ask that children not arrive earlier than 10:10 a.m. If it is necessary for you to drop-off your child(ren) across the street from the play yard, please park your vehicle, and walk with your child(ren) until they are safely on the play yard. Children are asked to line-up by class and wait until the catechist brings them into the building. No child should ever be in a classroom without adult supervision.
Pick-up: Children are dismissed from class at 11:15 a.m. Children waiting for rides are supervised on the play yard until 11:30 a.m. Please park your vehicle and walk your child(ren) from the play yard to your vehicle. Any child not picked up by 11:30 a.m. will wait in the SPN school faculty room with the CFF coordinator until a parent/guardian arrives. After 11:30 a.m., we will begin calling authorized adults listed on the Registration Form to pick up children whose parents/guardians have not arrived. If you are going to be late, please notify the CFF office and please make arrangements for your child’s pick up.
